In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the 811c Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 811c reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. Access to the 811c Platform is intended for users in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing 811c is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.
2.3 Single Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Age Restriction: 811c strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. If we have reason to believe a registered user is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
3.1 Registration. To access 811c Games, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 811c will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 811c requires KYC verification. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Account Information Updates. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 811c Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 811c does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment methods.
4.2 Supported Payment Methods. 811c currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Biz), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Additional channels may be added or removed at 811c's discretion with reasonable notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via FPX and local e-wallets are credited to your 811c Account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. 811c is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your financial institution.
4.4 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. 811c reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds with prior notice.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed manually by 811c's finance team during operating hours. Standard processing time is one (1) to three (3) business hours for KYC-verified accounts. Unverified accounts may experience delays until KYC is completed.
4.6 Own Account Obligation. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in transaction reversal and potential Account suspension.
5.1 General. 811c may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
5.3 Abuse. 811c reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonuses if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus arbitrage, created multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or exploited technical errors in bonus crediting systems.
5.4 Amendments. 811c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have commenced fulfilment of wagering conditions.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 811c Platform is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure, 811c reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. Monies staked on voided rounds will be returned to the Player's Account balance. 811c is not liable for losses arising from system outages beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Sportsbook Settlements. Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with 811c's published settlement rules for each sport. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 811c's decision is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
6.4 Final Decision. The result displayed on the 811c Platform at the time a game or wager is resolved constitutes the official outcome. Historical records retained in 811c's server logs take precedence over any screenshots or representations made by a Player.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 811c Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.1 Commitment. 811c is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide tools to help Players manage their gaming activity.
10.2 Available Tools. Players may set the following limits through their 811c Account dashboard at any time: daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; and temporary cooling-off periods. These limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after being set.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 811c Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting 811c Support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and may be set for periods of one (1) month, six (6) months, one (1) year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, 811c will use reasonable technical measures to prevent Account access.
10.4 Minors. 811c strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the Platform using their devices or credentials. If you suspect a minor has accessed 811c using your Account, contact support immediately.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 811c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11.2 811c's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 811c does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 811c's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 811c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Upon Account closure for cause, 811c may withhold Account balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, verified balances will be returned to the Player via the most recent withdrawal method.
12.3 A Player may close their Account voluntarily by contacting 811c Support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC compliance.
811c reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amendments take effect. Your continued use of the 811c Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 811c's international gaming authority licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 811c, you should first contact our Customer Support team to attempt informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process provided under 811c's licensing authority.
14.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 811c with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
